GOGLA, Good Energies and the IKEA Foundation announce the 4th biennial South Asia Forum for Distributed Energy (SAFDE) will take place on April 8 & 9 2025 at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, India.

Since 2019, this India-based event has grown in both its scale and breadth, alongside the global off-grid solar industry and the Productive Use of Renewable Energy (PURE). This year’s event will feature agriculture, enterprise, and climate themes and a weak-grid technology showcase.

This year's event will welcome 300+ delegates, including high-level officials, policymakers, potential business partners, financial institutions, development partners, industry practitioners, and exhibitors from India and across South Asia.

Known as a major off-grid sector meeting place, SAFDE will showcase emerging productive use technologies, create spaces to unlock new and innovative partnerships, and host powerful discussions around climate resilience and universal electricity access.
